AT&T Business Customer

Q. Once I submit my AT&T Mobile Business Agreement application, how long before I know if my company is approved?A. There are several steps in the application process, and timing depends in part on you. After submitting your online application, you will receive an email asking you to accept the terms and conditions of the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, which is required to participate in AT&T Exclusively Business. Once you've agreed to the contract terms on behalf of your company, a credit check will be performed on your company. Within five business days, you will receive an email updating you on the status of your application. If your contract request is approved, this email will confirm the effective date, initial contract term, and other details of your new AT&T Mobile Business Agreement.

Q. Why do you need my email address?A. Once you provide your email address through the online application and submit the form, we will send an email to the provided email address with a unique application order number and instructions for logging in to a special Web site. There you will be asked to agree, on behalf of your company, to the terms and conditions of the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement, which is required to participate in the AT&T Exclusively Business program. This email step is needed to validate the information you provided to us and to authenticate your electronic signature on the AT&T Mobile Business Agreement. We also need your email address in order to provide you with status notifications during the contract request process and, when your company is officially approved to participate in the program, your AT&T Mobile Business account information.

Q. Is there a fee or cost to become a member of the AT&T Exclusively Business program?A. No. There is no separate membership fee associated with the AT&T Exclusively Business program, but you must agree, on behalf of your company, to a new two-year AT&T Mobile Business Agreement. The agreement requires, among other things, that your company maintain at least one CRU on service at all times during the term of the agreement (additional taxes, charges and fees apply), and pay CRU-related cancellation fees in certain circumstances.
