We also highly recommend Charter Spectrum in the northeast because of their faster speed, competitive cost, and that they don’t require you to commit to a lengthy contract. However, their availability on the east coast is very limited.
One downside to Charter Spectrum is that some businesses have reported less than positive customer support experiences, likely due to the company’s recent merger with Time Warner. Recent reviews seem to indicate that the company is smoothing out the customer support experience, but it’s still a point to remain mindful of.
